Mai was joined by industry experts Fabi Cariño, Country Human Resources Head at MedRisk; Nerissa Berba, EVP – Head of Human Capital Management at Security Bank Corporation; and Ruby Jaucian, Sr Vice President and Chief People Officer at Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc.

Mai also highlighted Novare University’s efforts in driving cross-skilling among employees. This initiative allows the team to develop a portfolio of relevant tech skills and multi-role capabilities, enabling swift adaptation to business changes.
